What is Confidence?
Over the last two years, we’ve been working on life-skills learning and our research has shown that positive self-confidence is critical to kids’ happiness & success. Our definition of confidence is made up of three foundational areas:
How you

yourself
How you

yourself
How you

yourself
Confidence isn't about being the loudest or believing you're better than everyone else. Confidence comes from believing that success is possible, knowing that failure is survivable, and having a vision of yourself that you want to live up to.
Confidence is a skill
Confidence is a skill because it can be practiced, measured, and improved. Kids may start out with different levels of confidence—but with the right support and a little effort, there are specific strategies that anyone can practice to become the most confident version of themselves.
Because confidence doesn’t look the same for all people, we’ve built a Confidence Profile—a tool used typically with only elite athletes— to identify and recognize different types of confidence, allowing us to personalize kids’ programs.
Boost Self-Concept
Our vision is a confidence coach for all and we’re sharing as we build.
The Visualizer is a demo of an exercise from our program that helps kids create stories about themselves to help improve their self-concept.
We give kids the tools to imagine themselves in positive, new ways—because you can't be what you can’t see.
