Just finished day 13 and I have to say I am shocked with how well it works, wish I had this when I was younger. I was very skeptical it would work but so glad I was proven wrong. I am on Day 166 with one kid and Day 145 with another. The program is fantastic, and each Level is better than the last. Worth every penny! I love that it includes the parents in the exercises (i.e., set a goal, list potential roadblocks, make a plan to overcome them). When my son saw me do the exercises it helped validate some of his feelings and concerns.
This is actually fantastic! It’s parents and kids doing it together and it’s about creating a framework of thought in which kids think about their self image, goals, and how to achieve those goals. All with fun stories that are enjoyable. Great work!
This is one thing (besides video games, of course) he asks to complete repeatedly. It helps him reflect, strategize for next time, and consider different perspectives. We're about 8 months in... My son loves it and I can see the benefits from him opening up and learning about different legends all around the world.
